Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your time is valuable, and so is mine. To provide the best service to all my clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.
